Use of Master Page
Combined with CSS and "
", master page can be configured to be very useful for a website.
Defined in .NET 2.0, master page is powerful in saving time to copy header and footer in all required pages.
To have a professional outlook, CSS and DIV can work for that purpose. I have downloaded templates from www.templateworld.com and they copied the code into a new created Master page. That's the easiest way.
By placing contentholder in header/footer/columns, you can have customized pages, and in a very consistent way!
